- MRMonique RunnelsJul 25, 20261.0I made my appointment weeks ago. Was told one location, showed up it was closed so I went to the optical center. They called to find out I was actually scheduled at the location on the way other side of town. I knew it would take me at least 15 minutes to get there so I asked if they’d still see me and the receptionist assured me they would. I got there to be told by the doctor who is also the owner that he’d try to get me in but couldn’t promise because he only had 20 minutes for lunch. Oddly he had just come in eating at 1130 so it looked like he was already taking lunch, at any rate I sat and waited another half hour only to be told they would not be able to fit me in. They never made any attempt to remedy anything much less apologize for scheduling me at the wrong location after driving nearly two hours one way for nothing. Do not recommend. Poor customer service. Definitely going back to family vision.
