- BWBilly Whitson1 day ago5.0I’ve had hearing aids for several years and when it was time for new ones I went shopping. Without any doubt I found Miracle-Ear. These are perfect. They’re light weight, barely visible and the sound quality is unmatched. To be honest, I’ve never had anything like them. I had quit wearing the others over a year ago because they didn’t fit well and poor sound. These are wonderful. Everyone at their office were great, very helpful. Kevin Brown fitted them perfectly and the sound quality was great. I really don’t want to take them off. Kevin went out of his way to insure that I was completely satisfied. I just wish I had meet him years ago. The wife and grandkids love them. I’m like a new person. I’ll never need to shop again. They are the BEST.

Said he couldn't do exam. Driving time plus wasted 90 minutes. Never said to clean ears. What a waste of time. No food certificate, only "see you later". Will never go back. Impersonal basically with "I don't care attitude". DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The service at the Winston-Salem cinic has always been wonderful. They have been kind, accommodating, and honest in all of the dealings that we have had. Emily at the front desk is so sweet and the two big guys always keep a positive attitude. Whenever I ask them a question they give me a straight answer, but most importantly, they do what they say that they are going to do. Honesty and transparancy is very improatant to me.
