- JJJordanMar 2, 20261.0Definitely not kid friendly. Took my little one here and they inserted a piece of plastic to hep keep her mouth open. My little one complained and said it was hurting. They literally looked at her and said “no it’s not”, like it was in their mouth or something. Once my little one started crying really bad. I told them to take it out. And what do you know you. The piece of plastic pinch my baby girls lip and caused it to bleed and swell. Their response was I’m sorry. I didn’t know. Um ma'am she literally told you ! TERRIBLE GROUP OF PEOPLE

- SCShane CauserJul 13, 20203.0I brought my six year old daughter in for a routine cleaning. We had an early morning appointment. Check in was smooth, we were greeted by polite staff and the wait time did not exceed ten minutes. Once in the back, we waited another ten to fifteen minutes to be seen by the hygienist and dentist. Hygienist was friendly but seemed rushed. She brushed my daughters teeth and applied a sealant to prevent cavities. That was it. I asked if she was going to remove the plaque from around her gum line. She said no, because my daughters teeth were in such great condition. However, when I got home, I noticed my daughter had plaque behind her teeth. When seen by the dentist, she seemed rushed also. The dentist did not really engage with me or give me much information other than briefly reviewing the x-rays. I asked a question pertaining to oral appliances and she spoke very quickly to the point I had to ask her to repeat her response. This was not a complete horrible experience, but some improvements definitely could be made in terms of service quality.
