I have been following the treatment plan for neuropathy at Aligned Health and Wellness for nine months and thankful for the results. My neuropathy in my feet has significantly improved, I am sleeping much better at night, the pain in my legs is gone and my balance is significantly improved.

Since I started my daily treatment routine, I have begun getting feeling of hot and cold back in my feet. My biggest concern was my lack of balance, and that also has made improvement. Sticking to dietary changes has brought on an interesting awareness of what I thought was healthy food actually contributing to the problem. I actually like the challenge of trying foods I have never eaten before, and finding out that I really like them. And I've shed a few pounds without ever feeling hungry.

Peripheral neuropathy progresses with age and multiple other lifestyle contributors (i.e. diet, exercise, circulation, blood pressure, and the list of possible determinants can go on and on). Beginning signs of nerve damage are not very alarming and likely cause no change in activities. As the deterioration progresses, if nothing is done, there will be increasing signs and symptoms that will begin to stay on your mind for longer and longer periods of a 24 hr day. Then suddenly there will be activities that will be more painfull (e.g. walking/running) or will have to be discontinued (e.g. driving). I have always been very very active and the neuropathy condition deteriorated unknowingly until the threshold level of pain or numbness or discomfort or function became very noticable and somewhat disturbing. I suddenly began having symptoms that could not be ignored and basically began to feel like my 'foundation' was beginning to crumble. I generally pray all day as I go and because 'my dogs' (feet) were on my mind much of the day, I asked Lord God to help me help myself so that I could remain painlessly super-active. Within only a day or two later I received an invitation in the mail to attend a luncheon addressing non-drug treatment solutions for neuropathy. When a person knows the body is 'revolting' and things are obviously changing for the worst, it's time to act. That was 25 days ago and since then Aligned Wellness assessed my baseline condition and introduced the at-home therapy, non-drug, nerve restoration system that seems to be my pathway back to full capacity. Praise God and Aligned Health and Wellness. Right now all signs and symptoms indicate a follow up rating of 5 stars. I will post a 30/60/90 day update but already feel like my firm and strong 'foundation' is back. My symptoms were magnified by plantar fasciitis and Aligned has included a treatment program for that as well. I recommend addressing neuropathy BEFORE symptoms become debilitating. The program is very comprehensive and rather than me try to discuss all the parts, give them a call before 'ya 'git stopped in your tracks. Oh, btw, I heard AH&W first engaged in this program to help rescue a loved one from advanced peripheral neuropathy. So I testify to a plan born out of love and delivered to me promptly from Lord Jesus through prayer because I know it is working; I feel it in my last nerve.......(hehehe).
