- JPJohn Q. Public1 day ago5.0Using Wilmington ENT and Audiologist Assoc. at the Delaney Ave office was pleasant, efficient, and professional from start to finish. The intake and discharge staff could not have been nicer; no difficulty or confusion signing in/out. I was seen by Dr's Stuart Hardy MD and Lorie Flanagan Au.D for age related hearing loss and potential hearing aids. The exam and related hearing loss work up was seamless and professional while not feeling rushed. Very nice experience overall.

I only wish it did not take 2 months to get an appointment with him. Not a criticism of him or the practice, just saying perhaps there are not enough providers in the area

- THthe hannahhouse2 days ago5.0My son is 2 and we were seen here after months on the waiting list, check in was fast and simple they got us back within 10 minutes of our first appointment time and we were then seen by the ENT very shortly after and were given very useful information and out by the time our second appointment time speaking as a mom of a toddler they were very diligent with the knowledge that they were seeing a toddler who gets squirmy and impatient over all very impressed and am so glad they are taking care of my baby

From greetings at the reception desk to the intake nurse to treatment by Dr Haywood - each person treats me as though I am their only patient. They are kind, professional and very competent. I am so glad to have been referred to this practice
