  I visited Doctor Von Biberstein at Wilmington Ear Nose and Throat. I had an amazing experience with her! Everyone was professional, friendly and worked well together. I was seen in a very timely manor, my doctor was thorough provided amazing care.

  The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Dr. Haywood was prompt and also attentive to my needs. Communication was very good and my procedure was comfortable. Great office and I highly recommend this practice!

  The staff was able to get me an appointment quickly due to my issues. Office staff was courteous. No wait in office to be seen other than the usual new patient paperwork that needed to be filled out on tablet. Was seen by Dr Hardy who quickly diagnosed my problem.( I was seen by a nother ENT Dr at a different practice which did not pick up on this issue) . So I am so grateful that he discovered what was wrong . Follow up in 4 weeks. Again so grateful for Dr Hardy and the staff .They May have saved me a lot of hearing loss

  This was the WORST experience. I have been dealing with sinus issues since Dec. 2025. I saw Dr Von on 2/13/26 since it's been almost 2 months. Hearing test & I was told my hearing loss was due to my age, 59. The nurse numbed my nose, saying the Dr would scope me. She did not!! Ignored my symptoms of congestion, coughing, raspy voice...telling me it was TMJ!!! I went to my primary who ordered a CT due to how long I was sick. I took those findings for a second opinion back to the office & saw Micaela PA-who was an hour late for the appt. Report showed blockage & polyps. She did scope me & said all she saw was inflammation. Changed the meds Dr V gave me. Now it's April and the cough is gone, however my ears are clogged-still dealing with sinus pain/pressure. Dr V reached out after my "lengthy portal message" (her words) and changed the medication AGAIN....IGNORING the "POP UP" on her screen and black box warning (I'm on a biologic) saying "you'll be fine" After I did my own research-I declined to take it. Repeated the CT on 4/22/26 in the office WARNING-the are not read by a radiologist. She called to say the CT was clear. I asked the why do I still feel bad? "I HAVE NO IDEA" maybe it's a migraine. Come to find out, I have a symptomatic concha bullosa. Hearing loss due to the congestion. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
