  I was referred by my primary care practitioner to Ear, Nose and Throat specialist Dr. John Roche. In setting up the appointment the scheduler was fully knowledgeable and worked with me regarding the appointment time since I would be coming from out of town. I arrived on time and without a wait got checked in. My time in the waiting room was less than 15 minutes. I was greeted by a pleasant professional, who took me back to a room, asked standard questions and within five minutes, the doctor walked in. That was a very pleasant experience and after doing an assessment, it was determined that, subject to change, I would not be needing any treatments. From the beginning to the end, it was a very professional and pleasant experience. I highly recommend that doctor and that ENT practice.

  The front desk, nurse, allergy testing staff and Dr Roche were all excellent and highly informative. I know I’m in great hands.

  The two staff I saw were very professional and had very caring presence with me as the patient. Each explained carefully what they would be doing and/or asking, explained why, prepared me for any interventions or examinations. They did not at all act like they had tight guidelines on the time they could spend with me, yet the visit was very efficient. I highly recommend the practice based on the this experience with the treatment/examinations staff and the intake staff at the front desk.

  Dr Roche was very kind and knowledgable. But he took three steps before I could get the right medicine and time period my situation needed. I had been gone two antibiotic for only five days. I don’t take them often and rarely get sick but I asked for ten day , sulfa , and pencillian antibiotics. From there I followed up with Primary care. He added two days of same which I argued nicely and said it normally takes ten. I asked to be referred to ENT not with Novant. I still left without any recommendation until I went to hospital three days later. Dr rich was very good at bedside manner and I right away felt comfortable . I have a follow up and glad I do. Much better and still have antibiotic but had gotten so bad infection was in cartiledge .
