Justin was extremely helpful on the retail side of things - he helped me choose glasses, sunglasses, and even submitted the insurance claim. It was a lovely experience!

- TWTollbooth WillyApr 23, 20261.0Never had an eye issue in the past, went in for a vision exam. Even before the exam started, they were trying to sell me glasses. I explained I was just there for a test. Met virtually with a tech for the exam, even before the exam started they said something along the lines “they will be testing me for my new glasses” I reiterated nothing was wrong with my vision, just wanted a check up. Then waited a good 15-17 minutes before the Dr connected only for them to try to sell me a pair of glasses for my computer only, as nothing was wrong with my vision. People in store were nice enough, but their virtual techs and Drs are essentially used car salespeople. If you need an exam, I would stay far far away.
