StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Wilmington offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- JRJosiane Dufresne richards3 days ago5.0I have been getting 50 mn sessions regularly at this stretch lab, in Wilmington NC , since November last year. The place is very clean. Saying that Tony Musachio, my therapist, is great, is an understatement. This young man is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens and will push you without hurting you. Results are amazing. Stiff neck, pain in shoulders and back are fixed after few sessions. I can now move better, I feel stronger, pain has substantially diminished, and I can sleep like a baby. I recommend Tony to everyone that needs help moving around, to relax stiff muscles or like me that had hips knees ankles and shoulders broken in a motocycle accident about 30 years ago. Tony helped me move again and get stronger. The owners of this Stretch Lab , also really care. They have been above and beyond to offer me credits when I couldn't make it to the sessions. It is a great way to get back in shape, and Tony will help you every step of the way . This young therapist is one of the best there. Thank You!
