- USUnicorn SushiSep 12, 20255.0The Harris Teeter pharmacy at 820 S. College road is one of the best pharmacies I have ever used. They are never late with estimates on when meds will be ready to be picked up. The pharmD’s that work there are well educated, well trained, and are quick, friendly and kind. Even the busiest people there have time to answer questions. They clearly care about patient outcomes. They have never made a mistake in the five years I have been using this pharmacy. I have never had a cross word with any of them, but their computers are outdated, surly and prone to cascade failure. I don’t know what’s happening in the industry, but people ought not to be cruel to folks whose professions include handling their medicine, food, money, mail, transportation and liquor. Considering what these professionals are dealing with, it would not hurt to say a brief kind word here and there. Hang on folks, y’all got this.

Now I am going to be solicited with the info I gave them. When I was finally seen they told me that they haven't had any vaccine in weeks and don't know when they are getting more and to just go to another store but they would not tell me which one has any. They are terrible at their job. Seems to be a running theme everywhere lately. Their web-site shouldn't allow you to make an appointment for a vaccine if they don't have any. Can I give them negative stars?
