- AYA YOct 14, 20265.0I stopped in with no appointment to get my sunglasses fixed (lost a nose pad). They were super helpful and went the extra mile to also tighten up the earpieces without me asking.
- MRMayra RomeroSep 25, 20265.0We had a great experience at Eyemart Express. Xavier was incredibly patient and kind while working with my children. He let us take our time looking at the glasses and answering our questions without ever making us feel rushed, even though we went in close to closing time. His friendly attitude made the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable. We truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him!
- MFMr. FurinoSep 21, 20264.0I’ve had a pretty good experience with Eyemart Express in Wilmington. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and I never felt rushed or pressured into buying something. They took their time with me and made the whole process pretty easy. I’m happy with my glasses and would definitely use them again. My only complaint is that they can get pretty busy and the wait can be a little long sometimes. Other than that, no complaints.
- KNKathy NicholsonAug 24, 20261.0I purchased 2 pair of glasses with scratch and glare resistance and within 6 months they were scratched! Took them back and they replaced the lenses but within about 6 more months they were scratched again. My optometrist even asked where I got them! When I went somewhere reputable they said Eyemart has ‘cheap’ glasses so I learned my lesson ‘you get what you pay for’!
