- ZZZRSep 30, 20261.0Constantly email and harass about paying the membership fee when you haven’t even been or tried to cancel. I haven’t been since August and did not plan on returning and attempted to cancel and they constantly send harassing emails each and every single day to pay the membership. If I am not using the club or services why would I pay when I haven’t even been? Extremely deceptive practices and very obnoxious about emailing.

The classes weren’t super challenging but I still liked having a class in the slot I needed in the morning. We had talked several times and I was told that the unlimited monthly package was $259. When I went to finally sign up right before they charged me they said there was an additional $150 enrollment fee. I asked why and they said to give back to the community and stuff. Ummm… They never once mentioned this in all my conversations with them about the different packages and how much. I also don’t want to pay an extra $150 on top of an already expensive monthly charge just so club pilates can give back to the community. 😂 I felt misled and that they used deceptive practices
