I recently had an issue with my outside elevator - I was sending a heavy package from the ground floor to the third floor and the elevator stopped about halfway up (I wasn’t riding it). Landon arrived to save the day! He was able to access the suspended elevator, diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. I was impressed with his expertise, efficiency and great customer service. I really appreciate his responsiveness.

Sales and installation were good experiences. However, service has been very slow. If you are purchasing an in home elevator, I suggest you look elsewhere. We purchased a Stilz in home elevator in 2021. The wait time for any repair or service has been a minimum of 1 week and often as much as 3 weeks. The technicians are not trained on this product and spent hours on the phone with the manufacture to diagnose the most simple issues. If you have a handicap person living in the home that needs the elevator on a daily basis.. this company is not for you.
