Love my Pilates workouts, especially when you find instructors that guide and teach the way you like it. I always feel so strong and motivated after my workouts.

I had an 8-credit per month membership here for about 8 months and genuinely really loved the studio and classes. The space is clean, welcoming, and as someone who had never tried Pilates before, it was very beginner-friendly. The manager Kayla is extremely kind and understanding, and she's done a great job building and running this studio. As I took more classes, I started finding instructors I really enjoyed (Nicole and Izzy are AMAZING, 10/10 recommend) and was able to move up into higher levels. Unfortunately, over time it became increasingly difficult to book those higher-level classes with the instructors I liked. I often found myself having to choose between wasting credits or taking classes that weren’t challenging for me. If you’re considering a membership, there are a few things to keep in mind. These policies are set at the corporate level (not specific to the Wendell Falls location), but they definitely impacted my experience as someone who works a typical 9-5 schedule and can only attend before or after work: - On the 8-class membership, you can’t schedule classes until you’re billed each month. This means that by the time you’re able to book, many of the popular classes that week (or even the following week) are already full, leaving you heavily reliant on waitlists. - You cannot book classes past your next billing date, and unused credits do not roll over. Combined with the previous policy, this can make it difficult to use all of your credits since classes in the first 1–2 weeks after billing tend to fill quickly. - If you travel frequently, this can make scheduling even harder. - They require a full 30-day notice to cancel. This means that once you decide to cancel, you will almost certainly be charged for at least one additional billing cycle. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my membership because of the difficulty in scheduling classes that fit my level and schedule. A large part of what I loved about the studio were my classes with Nicole and Izzy, and when scheduling became limited, I often found myself needing to take classes with instructors whose teaching styles just weren’t a good fit for me, which made it harder to justify keeping the membership. I highly recommend this studio/membership to people looking to try pilates for the first time, but right now the availability for higher level classes is limited enough that it didn't feel like it was giving me enough value anymore.

I will only say, if you ever have an issue with the studio and they ignore your emails, please email the headquarters. It’s the only way they will help you. I had an issue that I will keep to myself but I tried emailing the studio and they ignored my emails for days (I forwarded the emails again and again) until I saw a review in here of a lady that had almost the same issue and emailed the headquarters and finally had some answers. After days of being ignored, I emailed the headquarters and the studio resolved my issue within 30 mins.
