She creates such a positive atmosphere that makes everyone feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered regardless of their fitness level. Her classes are the perfect balance of strength, movement, and mindfulness. The workouts are challenging in the best way possible, and she always provides excellent cues and modifications so everyone can be successful. Her enthusiasm, encouragement, and passion for what she does shine through in every class. I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and in a better mood than when I arrived. If you're looking for a Sculpt & Flow instructor who brings incredible energy, positivity, and expertise to every class, I cannot recommend her enough! Highly recommend!

She’s right there with you the entire way and she has the perfect tone of voice that helps you to go to a meditative zen state and be present. I highly recommend all of Betsy’s classes!
