  I LOVE the workout, the kinship, the people, the relaxing and well kept equipment and workout space. Love the instructors and the different vibes each of them brings to class.I look forward to starting my day there every single day!

  I LOVE Pure Barre Waxhaw! It's an amazing, full-body workout. Four different workout formats are offered, so you never get bored. Want cardio? Try Empower. Want gentle stretching? Come to Align. Interested in lifting heavier weights? That's Define. And of course there's Classic, which hits every muscle in the body with smaller, controlled movements. But the BEST part of PB Waxhaw is the AMAZING staff and the kind, accepting community of fellow clients. I've been there since it opened and I'm so happy there.

  The classes are challenging and with the 4 main types of classes keeps the entire body improving with strength, flexibility, and being all round fit. Each person is able to increase or reduce the challenge for the class based on where they are on their own fitness journey and how they are feeling that day. Whether is it is using heavier or lighter weights, modifying the exercise, or the intensity of the exercise. The Waxhaw members and instructors are extremely supportive and make taking the classes fun. The pop up classes around the community are cool change of scenery as well!
