Seeing Dr. Judge was the worst experience of all my doctor appointments. He was condescending to me. He even said that my previous doctor from Wake Foot and Ankle (different location) had notes that were “bullshit” sound professional to you? He continued to make me feel stupid and offered me no hope. After taking all I could, I started crying so when he left out of the room, I went and got my husband out of the parking lot to come in with me. The only thing he recommended was buy different shoes almost 200$ and he thought it was a nerve problem. I have had the nerve conduction test and I had no nerve damage. So I would be curious what he thought now! After leaving my appointment he called and apologized for making me upset and said he wanted to help me. I would never subject myself to be treated like that again and pay for it on top of that! I do however love his assistance! She is kind and professional, don’t know how she puts up with him and what I really don’t understand is why and how he is allowed to treat people like this and continue to work. I wish I had recorded my visit, that is how unbelievable it was.

Not too impressed. The receptionist did not complete my check in correctly ( no Medicare number), no prescription ( pain meds) called in. So I have to wait for 2 days to get it filled. Not great when you have been told that you would feel better next week.

To say Dr. Hodos basically saved my life wouldn't be far from the truth. I had a misdiagnosed infected toe/toenail by a handful of doctors, including my primary care and another podiatrist, before seeing Dr. Hodos. After treating said toe he was proactive enough to send in a sample for a biopsy and it turned out to be a rare but aggressive cancer/melanoma. Fast forward now a few weeks and past several sleepless nights and tears shed. The surgical oncologist at Duke amputated the toe and also took lymph nodes for testing to make sure the cancer hadn't spread. I spoke with that doctor today and I'm happy to report the cancer had not spread. I'll be meeting with the medical oncologist at Duke next week and we'll talk about the immunotherapy we discussed at the initial consultations I had with both him and the surgical oncologist. Either way my prognosis and future look bright due in no small part to Dr. Hodos who took the time to do what he felt was needed. I can't thank him enough.

Billing department is bad. If your self pay or have insurance they charge you twice and wont remove unless ucall them multiple times. I paid in full and still getting emails about balance and just got a letter in the mail yesterday. Ridiculous. What I’m really most mad about is they charged me about $170 when I was trying to get new inserts that I could’ve just called and ordered but no one told me so i made an appointment instead came in for about 5 mins minutes they charged me about 170$. They already had the old casting no need for me to even come in. Bad communication and place that seems like a scam
