StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Wake Forest offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

The instructors take the time to understand her individual needs and work with her on specific areas and issues that are important to her, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. We especially appreciate how kind, supportive, and knowledgeable the instructors are. They create a welcoming environment where she feels comfortable, encouraged, and motivated to improve. She looks forward to her sessions, and it’s been great to see her making progress in her flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness.
