  I have never had such a wonderful experience at the optometrist. Everyone in the office was so incredibly nice and professional. The appointment ran on time and was very efficient without being rushed. They were kind and patient with performing the tests without any indication of rushing or being annoyed with hesitant answers or blinking. I really appreciated the focus on the medical aspect of eye care, the doctor was very careful when going over my medical history and medications, explaining which could impact my eye health, etc. and addressing my concerns clearly. The doctor also offered and had no negative reaction to putting on a mask when she saw I was wearing one to protect an immunocompromised person in my household. When it came to picking glasses I felt very supported in choosing what would work for me and no judgement or pressure when I decided to come back to look at frames a different day. I will happily return not just for my annual appointment and medical concerns but also to stop in to select frames when I decide to purchase them.

  Dr. Totten is a great Optometrist, I drive over an hour to make sure I can see her each time. She is exactly the person you want to make sure that you are seeing clearly and any other concerns are taken care of. She is very thorough and truly considers each patient’s needs. She has always been very professional and doesn’t rush you through the appointment. She is great at putting you at ease. The staff is also very professional and my appointment started on time. I am so thankful for Dr. Totten and her help with my vision!

  Went in early for my appointment and observed Dr. Totten being incredibly rude to her staff. She has been pleasant with me as a patient but was blind sided by how she treats her poor staff. I will be going to a different eye care Doctor in the future!!!

  I had a great experience with Dr. Totten and would highly recommend her. She was extremely thorough during the exam, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Her bedside manner was excellent — kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. I also really appreciated how timely and efficient the office was. I was seen promptly and never felt rushed. Overall, a very professional and positive experience from start to finish.
