The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about their patients. They took the time to ask exactly what I wanted and carefully reviewed my dental history to make sure I received the best possible care. I never felt rushed, and they explained every step of the process, which helped ease any anxiety I had. I would especially like to recognize Shannon and Rachel for their outstanding care. They have a wonderful way of connecting with patients, making you feel heard, respected, and at ease. They patiently explained how each procedure would be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist was also kind, professional, and attentive, demonstrating both expertise and compassion.
