  My family and I have been patients at Cataloochee Dental for several years now. We couldn't imagine being patients anywhere else since discovering them. Everyone is super friendly and attentive.

  The Cataloochee dentist group in Sylvia did a great job. Very professional, someone answers the phone all the time and they return messages. I live in Franklin, where there is another cataloochee dental. After numerous phone calls to them and messages left, no one answers the phone or returns calls. That is totally unprofessional. Many others have experienced the same issue.

  Hello Everyone, my name is Lonnie Barnes and I recently experienced a very concerning emergency, sounds weird but, I had discovered bubble gum in one of my crowns at the gum line, never experienced any discomfort, just a small chip had broken off, no problems brushing or flossing, but when I realized what had happened, recently I had been talking to a coworker who recently went to Cataloochee Dental in Sylva for a dental procedure and with that said, turned out Amazing and Transformed His Life, He said the Staff is Unbelievable!! Truly Amazing!! I then called late Monday August the 10th, and spoke with the Most Incredible Receptionist about my issue, and being a new patient, I thought I would have to wait weeks, She had me in Wednesday August 12th @ 10am. She is the First and Last Patient Contact, so it is Vitally Important to leave a lasting Impression on the patient Exceeding their needs in Word and Deed 😃 from the waiting room I was then met and greeted in a Very Friendly Family Atmosphere!! The Dental Technician directed me to the Care Area and asked if I was in any pain or having any difficulties, She was Exceptional while Consulting me with several financial options, depending on the outcome of my current emergency dental situation. Then Immediately, I was introduced to the Dentist in Charge of the Procedure, He Maintained an Upbeat and Positive Attitude and says we have the Necessary Resources to Rise Above any of your current circumstances for a Positive Outcome!! "You Know One Thing For Certain" it's all about Service, making the Patient feel important, at Ease, treating them with Respect, & First Class Service, Exceeding their Expectations in a World Class Hospitality Surrounding!! Joyful!! Outstanding!! Fantastic!! Very Comfortable!! Very Affordable!! Relaxed!! Knowledgeable!! Exemplary!! Nice!! Precision!! Top Notch!! Extra-Ordinary!! Fantastic!! Highly Recommended for Superior Patient Services!! But what I'm actually trying to say is... Get Onboard Today &Transfer your dental records to this Fabulous Facility ASAP !!! And if you don't find satisfaction with all these Fine Down to Earth Outstanding Folks, Please look me up and I'll try to help compensate you....."But" that's gonna be pretty Ridiculous!!   The appointment actually started before my scheduled time, which was great! My hygienist, Rachael, was excellent! Extremely friendly, yet thoroughly professional! Explained in great detail what was going on and all parts of the exam. The Dr was also very thanks explained the options very well. My first visit couldn’t have been better!

  Hate to write a positive comment because they are so good, it will get too busy and I won't be able to get an appointment. They do deserve top marks though. Very thorough cleaning. Best I've had since the late 90's. Rachel is so good at getting every spot scraped and polished. Tomorrow I go back for fillings. Am looking forward to it. Follow up- Next day, had two fillings and I was in and out within half an hour. I never felt the needles in my mouth. This place is amazing!
