Ascend Health PLLC is a private outpatient clinic providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, including Suboxone™ (buprenorphine/naloxone) sublingual films. We also offer chronic pain management for patients who could benefit from partial opioid-agonist pain management. Our Statesville location across from Iredell Memorial Hospital serves the northern Charlotte region as well as Mooresville, Statesville, and the surrounding areas. Our main office is located in Pineville, NC. Same-week intake is available by phone, fax, or email. We accept NC Medicaid, Medicare part B and commercial BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna PPO insurance plans. Transparent self-pay pricing for patients without coverage is also offered.
