A 35,000 square foot facility located inside the Johnston Medical Mall across the street from UNC Health Johnston. We offer the following features: indoor lap pool, warm water therapy pool, spa, group exercise and aquatics classes, swim lessons, cardio equipment, strength training equipment, free weights, steam rooms, racquetball courts, cycling room, full-time degreed and certified health and wellness specialists, licensed massage therapists, sitter service, and nutritional counseling.
