S.L.A.M. Ocean Isle Beach is fitness group ran by a nationally certified group fitness instructor. This community is for women in all seasons! No stroller aged kids necessary. We have monthly Mom's Night Out events where we hang out once a month, outside of our workouts. S.L.A.M. is a judgement free place where we truly support one another!
