This lady upfront said we tried calling you twice to let you know we don’t have “ eye exam “ today. No they called to confirm the appointment twice and texted twice . She said we only doing office visits today . Okay well i drove 35mins I took the day off . Obviously I have a concern. She then said well I need your insurance card ! Again i gave all this information over the phone when we scheduled the appointment!!!!! She said we don’t take this insurance it will Be out of pocket ! Why didn’t they say that over the phone and also it’s not what your say . It’s how you say it .
