The tech that came was excellent and patient and stayed until the job was done. I updated the review to reflect this because I do believe in being fair. There was a delay in scheduling, but once we did get on the schedule, it was repaired quickly and professionally. (Original)My parents had a lift installed and everything was great. Now something is messed up causing the chair to be stuck 3 steps from the bottom and for over two weeks we have heard nothing. The receptionist is very kind and as helpful as she can be but not a peep out of the tech team. Tried to call again and they are not accepting calls. My mom has been stuck downstairs for 2 weeks with no shower access and no response from the tech team.
