The tech that came was excellent and patient and stayed until the job was done. I updated the review to reflect this because I do believe in being fair. There was a delay in scheduling, but once we did get on the schedule, it was repaired quickly and professionally. (Original)My parents had a lift installed and everything was great. Now something is messed up causing the chair to be stuck 3 steps from the bottom and for over two weeks we have heard nothing. The receptionist is very kind and as helpful as she can be but not a peep out of the tech team. Tried to call again and they are not accepting calls. My mom has been stuck downstairs for 2 weeks with no shower access and no response from the tech team.

I explained our problem, he got right to work, discovered the bug and got everything humming once again. Carol is not able to negotiate stairs, so it was imperative that this chair be fixed ASAP.
