  I have a fear of dentist I’ve had one ever since I was a young girl and even when I go for Cleaning, I typically request to be sedated however, my first time at this dentist office immediately greeted with warm, genuine kindness put me at ease, although I knew just behind the doors, would most likely bring back my apprehension, my nervousness, my anxiety. Laura Was absolutely wonderful! I first share with Laura, my fear and the challenges I’ve had with Dental Office and she said with such confidence assurance “you won’t experience that here” and she talk with me. She walked me through every single step and as she did, I became more and more comfortable and then Dr. Patel joined us, he spoke with me, took his time with me even with those tools that I typically cannot stand to see them, Dr Patel had such a gentle touch and assessed my situation. I’m not saying it was completely easy. I am saying I did not jump out of the chair. I did not need my mini fan to help me cool down which is what I use when my anxiety rises, However, in this case, surprisingly enough, I did not use my fan and I stayed in the room. I’m amazed that I walked out feeling OK feeling good. I’m going back on September 2 for the procedure and I do not feel any apprehension nor do I feel a desire to cancel. I believe I am in good hands. I will have to come back and let you know how things went…the happy saga continues in a good way.

  Dr. Patel is a great dentist. He explains everything very well and is very patient with you. And though I've never been afraid to go to the dentist, I'll say that he's always attentive to how you feel and does a good job of minimizing pain and discomfort as much as possible. And his staff is very friendly and helpful too. My whole family goes to him and havms for many years.
