  I've been getting my glasses from Eyemart Express for years. Recently in September 2026 I went, picked out my frames & ordered my glasses, two pair & paid. They are not inexpensive. Apparently same day service is no more. I was told by the employee it would be a week before they arrived. I ordered on 9/4. I rec'd a text about a week later saying 1 pair had arrived. I went to retrieve them, asked about my 2nd pair & was told they had been delayed. I went by a few days later & they still hadn't arrive. I checked back a week later & still no glasses. I spoke with the employee who I ordered from & was getting a little irritated. I was still nice. I asked him to check & after waiting 30 minutes he came back & said my order had been canceled. I asked by whom & he couldn't tell me. He went digging in a drawer underneath the frames, pulled out a tray with the frames I had chosen, walked over & there were my frames & lenses. He gave me some BS about the lenses weren't big enough & they canceled the order. Clearly the lenses were in fact big enough for the frames. He said they had to be sent out because they could not cut the lenses there. Seriously? I asked for my money back for the 2nd pair & he said he couldn't give it to me but to come back on Thursday when his Mgr. would be there. I left. Early the next morning I get a text from EE saying my glasses were ready. It was a miracle. Obviously the lenses were big enough & they could cut them there. Finally after 20+ days I picked up my glasses. The staff clearly weren't honest with me & had forgotten my order. Not good business. I feel they should have compensated me in some way for holding my money for so long & the aggravation of having to continually go back to the store. I'm very disappointed with the service.

  I received courteous, professional, and personable assistance in picking out frames for glasses with help by Amber! I was in and out in less than an hour. Glasses took 57 minutes to make! I highly recommended Eyemart Express!

  Walked in no wait time rep suggested a pair of glassesI instantly fell in love with and picked up the next day could have been same day but I got there close to closing.

  They were extremely helpful in helping me and my family to find glasses at a very reasonable price. Totally satisfied and have been telling my friends and family.
