Ava was warm, and really took her time making sure I left with the frames that were perfect for my style and my prescription. With an assist from Lori, Ava not only helped me understand what kind of frames work best for my prescription but she also helped me find the pair that gave me a confidence boost! I highly recommend this location, and hope you get the chance to work with Ava!

I recently got prescribed glasses and wanted to shop around for the best frames for me. When I entered into the store I got helped immediately. I didn’t feel pressured to buy, I felt free enough to shop and found the perfect frames for me. Great experience overall, will be back.

Exam was fine. Pulled a bait and switch with my prescriptions essentially trying to force me to purchase from their company alone because they've denied it from any external company despite me verifying from multiple people that I could get the lens I wanted with my prescription.

Giant scam of an eye exam. I specifically asked for a contact lens variant from a specific brand and was told they only had basic Bioinfinity available in samples but I could order the Energys with the prescription. When i attempted to order from somewhere with overnight shipping for a better price it was DENIED despite verification from the optometrist as well as front desk associates. When I called customer service they said I could order the variant FROM THEIR WEBSITE since they didn't know if an outside company request would be approved. So multiple people lied directly to my face to get my business. I would have cancelled the appointment and gone elsewhere if I was unable to get what I wanted. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible business practice. I will pay for another vision exam before I spend another penny at a Warby Parker location EVER again. I consider this a direct theft of the portion of my vision exam that was for a contact lens fitting, and I will be contacting my credit card company with regards to this charge as the additional fee for contact lens fitting was incredibly deceptive.
