Willing to give critical but kind feedback that helps you find the best option overall, including style and options for lenses. I keep going back to this location for a reason, even to replace my fancy thin and light Japanese glasses (there's a story there, trust me). Always pleased and will continue to visit (though hopefully infrequently after getting the new glasses!)

The optician wouldn’t replace my lens that had a scratch because my prescription was out of date and she stated it was illegal. It is not under North Carolina General Statute § 90-235. It may be a company policy but to site the legality of it incorrectly is unacceptable.

Gale and Sandy were truly exceptional — they took their time with me, were incredibly patient, and never made me feel rushed. I’m a very difficult customer when it comes to glasses, and it’s usually hard for me to find frames that work for my face. But both Gale and Sandy were so sweet, kind, and genuinely accommodating. They walked me through different styles, gave thoughtful feedback, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and warmth made what is normally a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. If you struggle with finding glasses or just want to feel supported, I highly recommend visiting this location. Gale and Sandy are truly wonderful.

I was having such a time figuring out the right configuration for two pairs - distance and reading vs. computer and reading vs just distance. Hard decision, and I wasn't feeling so good that day. Maggie was incredibly patient and kind, and gave me what I needed. I highly recommend Warby Parker in North Hills Raleigh for your glasses, and for sure, ask for Maggie 🥰!
