Valerie did a great job assessing my feet and sizing me for my inserts. Her follow up has been terrific too. Looking forward to seeing my progress in my next check up. My foot pain and lower back and neck pain feels better too which is a nice bonus.

Nothing wrong with with the store or the team very well trained in sales and customer service. I would warn against not making my mistake of doing more research before you go in. It’s quite highly priced and when I tried to return it the same day I bought it they would not allow it. My fault for not asking the questions. Suggest see a medical professional first before you invest in what’s best for your foot.

My feet were feeling horrible I am excited to see the progress I make.
Update: 15th day with these inserts. While my experience with Valerie was great she was nice and very informative but I feel the Good feet store reps are truly misrepresenting some facts or may have such a lack of knowledge of some real issues that this 1,800 package may not resolve.
Unfortunately, I brought this whole system thinking it would help but I do not believe my issue will not be resolved with these inserts as my ankle still hurts and I am still limping daily putting pressure on my left knee. Valerie explained that I have flat feet and she was right about that and there were some things that she helped me to confirm and figure out how to do better. However I feel like the push to buy these inserts because it was going to make things better was too much because at this point it has not and yet I'm out of $1,800.
At first the strengtheners were very hard to wear, they did not fit in many if my shoes, the maintainers were very helpful in some of my shoes but mainly my tennis shoes especially when I walked to exercise because it didn't cause me to limp at first as bad however the pain I still have in my ankle 15 days in is still real and as I push through it's just gotten worse. While the relaxers offered some support in my shoes that I wear around the house after a while they no longer stay in place even with the slip covers on and it is now hard to walk with those in my house shoes because they don't stay.
Many of the things Valerie and myself discussed seemed to be either misunderstood by me or misrepresented by Valerie. It was stated to me that he's inserts can go in all of my shoes however they do not.
-The strengthers cannot go in my heels, or many of my other shoes as it makes my foot either slide out from the back or I have to constantly stop to fix it. Neither of these is not supposed to do which I was told it was okay. none of the inserts are supposed to make my shoes slip off my feet in the back
Not everything was on Valerie I should have did more research and made a better informative decision based more on my Individual Medical Needs but oh well they got paid and I am stuck with all this good feet products.
Hope it works for others.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
