I tried to get the information before going to the store, by contacting using the official contact page. I have flat feet. Not fallen arches, flat feet. It is a very different thing. They could not give an answer as to if they could help, said to come in.
Was very clear when I went in that I have flat feet and not fallen arches. They said they could help. Got the system and used it for a week. Not sure if it is my feet, or they measured incorrectly, but went back because the support was cutting into the bottom of my foot. Even after I showed a manager exactly what was happening, they were reluctant to agree that it is an issue. They gave me a wider version of the support, which they do not stock wider supports, so I don't have the full system, just one support. The insoles they give you don't fit the support, so your foot is half on the insole and half not. After a week with the new support, had to stop using them. Was at the point where my heel hurt so much I could not put weight on my right foot. And since I have already been in once for adjustments, they will not change anything for 30 days (that is what I was told). So, not using until my foot is healed and I can walk normally again. Hopefully, by then, I can walk normally again and maybe we can try again, but my feeling is that they don't understand the difference between flat feet and fallen arches.
The only return option is for store credit, which they were very clear about, but if the system doesn't work for my feet, what am I (or anyone else) going to do with store credit?
2 stars because they're trying to work with my feet, but at this point, I don't think they can. Ultimately, they are trying to create an arch in your foot, which is not anatomically possible in someone with flat feet. We need support for what we have.
UPDATE: Since they responded a week ago, nobody has contacted me. I did return the entire system, so I have a massive store credit that I can't really do much with. After 3 weeks without the supports, I can finally start to put weight back on my right foot. I fear permanent damage has been done.

Felt that I was totally hustled and pressured didn't have a chance to really walk around and try out the product. I have hardware in my right ankle. And when I use these art supports it really bothers them.

Oh my goodness! I held off on writing a review because I wanted to be able to give some results. I really didn’t know what to expect when I walked into the Good Feet store. It’s an interesting concept. I liked the one on one attention. Trent was the gentleman who helped me. He did not hit me with a hard sales pitch. He explained what they had to offer, I got to make a decision sensible for my needs and came home with a set of 3 orthotics and a pair of Brooks sneakers offered at a discount. They provide you with a wear schedule, which I followed for a week or so, but to be honest, my feet and back felt so good, it didn’t take long to get used to the orthotics. I am very pleased with my purchase. Just know that it’s not inexpensive. Custom orthotics take weeks and cost hundreds of dollars, this takes minutes, you get 3 orthotics and a lifetime guarantee of replacements when they wear out. But it also costs hundreds of dollars. Overall, I feel this was a good decision.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
