Excellent customer service via eye exam and at LensCrafters. Everyone was very helpful and kind. My glasses were ready next day! I will be returning to this specific location.

Shout out to Grey, technician at Doctor's office, for being so kind and cheerful at the same time. Super thorough and detailed and yet so patient. They made me feel at ease at what could have been an anxious experience at ophthalmologist.
Thank you, Grey.

If I could leave zero stars for them I would. I went March 13th for contact lens and glasses exam. I receive the prescription for my glasses the same day told me I was going to receive a call in two to come in and get finalized for my lenses. I waited the two weeks! Received my glasses a week after I went. Called back after the two weeks, they told me that I was going to received extra trials because they hadn’t ordered them. I was fine with that. I waited again! Called back after a month and some days of my visit. Elijah told me they never followed up and was going to reorder them. I got upset and wanted my money back! He told me a manager was going to call me back. The manager didn’t call me someone else did telling me my trials were ready after they told me a day before they hadn’t ordered them at all because they never followed up. Requested the manager to call me back like Elijah had said. Manager called me back, she refused to give me my money back and said my prescription was going to be emailed because they can’t return my money since I received the prescription for my lenses which I never did. But now they want to send it to me via email just so they don’t return my money. She hung up on me after my husband said we were going to leave a bad review.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Eye Center Raleigh
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What is involved in an eye exam?
An eye exam involves a series of simple but comprehensive tests that allow your optometrist to assess your vision and your eye health. Your optometrist will discuss the results of your eye exam with you and determine the right prescription to help you to see your best.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
