She made both my teenage son and daughter comfortable. I was concerned that my son would be antsy, but Carissa was able to hold his attention and assist him when he needed more guidance. I definitely enjoyed excellent customer service. It’s not something we see or experience everyday. Thank you, Carissa.

Kelsey went out of her way to work with me over the phone and make a plan to replace my glasses with about 2 days notice before a big work trip I was flying out for. I did need a new prescription but they expedited an appointment for me same day after I went to the wrong location on accident and the appointment itself lasted about an hour total; Dr. Wong made it so pleasant and easy! My eye dr is an hour minimum just in the waiting room much less the appointment time it takes…. And to think I’d been going there for 10 years. This is my new place now and forever. I can shop while they whip my fully covered by insurance glasses up in about 30 minutes same day. What more can I ask for?
