I (no pun intended) had a great visit at the eye center. I suddenly had an issue arise in one of my eyes that required me to be seen by an opthalmologist. Being a Sat, I struggled to find someone open but was referred to the eye center. They got me right in and checked out. The Dr did a did a thorough exam and I left there informed and with a peace of mind I would be ok. I would definitely recommend these folks for your eye care needs.

Carissa was very attentive, personal and awesome , John at the front was amazing per usual, his is personality fills the room with sunshine . I have been coming here for over 17 years and was skeptical about the new ownership but I was impressed and the doctor I saw she was fantastic. I will be staying and continuing my services with the new ownership! Thank you for an outstanding experience.

Superb customer.patient care. Carissa was A+ (joyful, kind and highly competent) walking thru all of the diagnostics. Dr Wong was patient with my questions and helped me get the treatment needed. Will definitely use them again. My only complaint is their digital marketing is anemic and thus they’re kinda hard to find 😳

I visited the Eye Center for the first time with my daughter and we were very happy with the service we received. Booking an appointment was simple and the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Wong and his staff were very accommodating and explained each step of the exam thoroughly and we felt welcomed and at ease the entire time. The staff seem to genuinely care about their patients and they also work well together. Later we went next door to LensCrafters to select new glasses and J.R. was a great person to work with as well. Looking forward to future appointments!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Eye Center, Crabtree
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What is involved in an eye exam?
An eye exam involves a series of simple but comprehensive tests that allow your optometrist to assess your vision and your eye health. Your optometrist will discuss the results of your eye exam with you and determine the right prescription to help you to see your best.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
