Raleigh Spine Clinic changed my life!!! Since 2019 I’ve been dealing with neuropathy and went to a couple of medical providers. It wasn’t until I learned about level 4 laser from Dr Roistacher and his team the evidence based science behind it. After the first few treatments I started to see results. My feet use to burn everyday with numbness and pins and needles feeling. I followed Dr Roistachers treatment plan and I have not experienced burning, numbness pins and needles feeling like I use too. I even can sleep at night. My quality of life y’all has completely changed!!! My wife noticed depression in me on top of the neuropathy because nothing was getting better. Thank you to my wonderful wife for finding the Raleigh Spine Clinic. The customer service the team are the best you will ever find!!! I love it that I can continue my health partnership with them and keep coming back for booster treatments that is included in my treatment. The staff not only cares about your health they stick with you to see results. I highly highly recommend making a free consultation with Dr Roistacher and his mighty staff. I am sold and can’t thank him, Carolyn, Casey, and Alyssa enough they are the best by far medical team I’ve ever experienced!!

I went to the Raleigh Spine Clinic because I had ankle pain and had been limping for the last six months. After Dr. Roistacher examined me, he determined that my Achilles tendon was severely injured and at high risk of tearing if I did not treat it.
At first, he presented the option of shockwave treatment plus laser therapy for $2,700.00. I told him that because of the severity of my condition, I wanted to do it, but I needed a month to work extra hours and save the money. Since he wanted me to start right away, he then presented a second option: six shockwave sessions for $1,200.00, with the possibility of two extra sessions for an additional $400.00.
I asked him two questions before agreeing to the treatment:
1. Would I be able to walk without limping?
2. Would I be able to run again?
He immediately guaranteed that after the treatment, I would be able to run and walk without limping. Because I was scared and persuaded by his sales pitch, I agreed to start the treatment.
I started treatment on January 5, 2026. I completed the first six sessions in three weeks. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, and after the six sessions I showed improvement. Instead of limping 100% of the time, I was limping only about 25% of the time, so I agreed to have the two extra sessions.
After the two extra sessions, there was not much more improvement. He told me to give it some time because the treatment should continue working over time.
A month went by, and unfortunately I was back to the beginning—limping 100% of the time and in constant pain.
On April 2nd, I sent them an email describing my situation and asking for help. I sent a second email on April 26th, and no one has responded to either of my emails.
I am extremely disappointed. I feel like I wasted $1,600.00 because I am back in the same condition I was in before the treatment.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Jeff, Heidi, and Casey. I have dealt with back pain for years. I've gone to multiple chiropractors and the issues always come back. Dr. Jeff took the time to really identify what the issues were and walk me through a personalized treatment plan.
Casey is just about the friendliest person I have ever encountered and gives AMAZING customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
I mentioned just in chit chat with Heidi at my last appointment that my IT bands have always been tight. Her response? "Give me one minute" and she came back with a list of new stretches to help.
They really care for the individual and it shows in everything they do. Even better I have had no issues with my pain! Thank you!!!!

I am so grateful that someone recommended Dr. Roistacher. He is the FIRST chiropractor to tell me he could adjust my wrists and elbows (I write a lot on the computer) and today we did my knees for the first time. I never knew there were other options besides the neck and back.
He also has what I call the "roly poly" machines. I hadn't seen them since I left Los Angeles 12 years ago. His practice is set up to offer other options besides adjustments to support your health.
Tabitha and Casey are wonderful, too. I called an hour before closing to set up my first appointment and Casey made sure we got it scheduled that night. She is always pleasant and greets you. They have a great automated check in system as well.
Tabitha burns a lot of calories each day as she moves everyone to their different stations and keeps everything running smoothly.
Another plus is when you first come they take your picture. I joked with Casey saying, "I promise I will pay my bills." She laughed and said they took pictures so they could remember everyone's name and you are greeted by name.
I first came for sciatica but it has been great maintenance and relief of pain. Cannot recommend them enough!
