  I highly recommend Raleigh Specific Chiropractic. I've been working through a treatment plan for almost 6 months and I cannot express how much better I feel overall. Initially, I came seeking help for frequent headaches after seeing my primary care doctor several times and getting nowhere. Through chiropractic care, it was clear my neck alignment was contributing to these frequent headaches. Over the course of treatment, I've gone from weekly headaches to rarely getting them. Not only does my body feel better, but mentally I'm in a much better place not feeling physical pain so often. And on top of all that goodness, the staff is warm and welcoming. Truly, I couldn't find anything negative to say if I tried. 10/10 recommend. I only wish I'd have started coming sooner.

  I returned to Raleigh Specific Chiropractic after a few years of being away. I had low back pain, limited range of motion in my neck, and plagues with headaches. After a year of weekly adjustments, my back does not bother me, and the range of motion in my neck has improved. No more headaches, and I've been sleeping better. For my maintenance plan, I am on an every other week, instead of every week. There is always a friendly greeting from Sam and Stacy, who are also very knowledgeable and professional in answering questions about the practice and demonstrating exercises the chiropractors have recommended. They are very accommodating when it comes to changing an appointment. Dr. Jill Winget does the initial assessment and annual re-evaluation, which may include x-rays, measurements, posture evaluation, nerve assessments. She always welcomes questions and answers them thoroughly. Dr. James Winget and Dr. Carpenter do the adjustments. They too, take the time to answer questions, and offer suggestions. In addition to chiropractic practice, Raleigh Specific Chiropractic has a holistic approach to health. On a regular basis, they offer informative presentations on numerous health related topics. The professionals here, also practice what they preach and are a good example of reaching and maintaining good health. Their facility and equipment are alway in good working order and impeccably clean. Thank you Raleigh Specific Chiropractic for your help in keeping me healthy!

  Raleigh specific is exactly how it sounds. Specifc. They treat the individual through exams, radiology, and assessments. Create an individual treatment plan. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, and most important caring. Thank you for the improved quality of life. I am a health care professional and complete recommend.

  I sat through a presentation of yours on 11/7/16 after being invited and was "told" if you give us a 25.00 for a donation to a food bank you would get a FREE spinal exam and x-rays. My second visit was to go over results and get first "adjustment". I declined treatment and canceled my 3rd appt. Today I get a bill in the mail now 4 months later!!!!! This will be fixed or attorney general and BBB are next!!!!

  2020 updated review...For 2 years I had to stop my chiropractic care due to personal reasons and I was so shocked at how bad my back had gotten. I wasn’t sleeping well, I was having regular headaches and a lot of pain in my back and hips. February I started back with my regular adjustments and within six weeks I had improved so much! My headaches diminished, I no longer had to continually ice my back and hips and I had so much more mobility. Thank you Raleigh Specific Chiropractic for literally getting me back on my feet! Chiropractic care will ALWAYS be a part of my “health and wellness”! Raleigh Specific Chiropractic has made a huge difference in my quality of life! Jill and James Wjngett are very passionate about what they do and care for each and every patient. I have seen a huge improvement in my posture, agility and pain relief. For me it isn't a temporary fix but a permanent lifestyle change!
