⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars honestly aren’t enough for Dr. Daniel Narowitz, DPM. I’ve been a patient at this practice for a long time. My first doctor was Dr. Woelffer, who was absolutely amazing, and I developed a wonderful doctor-patient relationship with him. As my care transitioned over time, I eventually met Dr. Narowitz—and from our very first appointment, I knew I had found another doctor I truly connected with. What immediately impressed me was that Dr. Narowitz had already reviewed my X-rays before entering the room—and he came in with a PLAN! And when I say a plan... A PLANNNNN! DO YOU HEAR ME?! More importantly, he listened. Dr. Narowitz is obviously the expert in foot and ankle care, but he never made me feel like that meant he knew my body better than I did. He listened to what I was experiencing, valued my thoughts, explained his recommendations, and made me feel like we were working together toward the same goal. That mattered because my foot pain had seriously affected my life. Every step felt like I was walking on a rock digging into my foot. Walking with my family became painful, and before things got bad, I could walk/run 2–4 miles. Eventually, the pain pretty much sat me down. Shoes, insoles—nothing stood a chance. Then came my first appointment with Dr. Narowitz. After treating what he could that day, I walked out of his office walking normally. I JUMPED. I literally jumped around that office because I could! Jumping had hurt even worse than walking, so being able to do it again meant more than I can explain. And I didn't just leave feeling better—I left with a plan. Dr. Narowitz gave me the impression that he wasn't going to let me continue walking around in pain when something could be done about it, and he stood on that. The very next day, the scheduler contacted me with surgery dates. On June 15th, I had surgery. It went wonderfully, and today: I AM WALKING PAIN-FREE. Dr. Narowitz didn't just treat an X-ray or a foot. He listened to the person attached to the foot. I felt heard, respected, included in my care, and confident in his plan. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, prepared, compassionate podiatrist who truly listens to his patients, I cannot recommend Dr. Daniel Narowitz enough. Thank you, Dr. Narowitz, for giving me something pain had taken away—the ability to simply walk without hurting. ONE FOOT DOWN... ONE MORE TO GO! And there is absolutely no question who I trust with the next one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars simply aren’t enough.

When I went here in 2024 for a really severe plantar fasciitis in both feet, I had very successful visits. Really appreciate everything the doctor did for me. So I would say that was five stars. 0 stars for the scheduling team/front desk in 2026. I called on July 8th to schedule an appt and was told I could come in the next day, July 9, at 1:30 PM. I woke up the next morning, Juiy 9th, to a message claiming that I had missed my appointment and would be charged the missed appointment fee. I called. It's obvious what happened. So I explained that they had actually scheduled me for an appointment on the day I called 2 hours before I even placed the call. I can't physically time travel. Can they? I have expressed five times that this is their responsibility. I have personal accountability - I will pay for an appointment that I missed. But I did not miss this appointment. The schedule was never done correctly. I have been told three times that somebody would get back to me. Today was my 5th attempt. Now I'm starting to worry about them absolving themselves of their own mistake by sending stuff to collections that is not my responsibility to pay. Frankly, I feel forced to leave this review because nobody has been paying attention and getting back to me for over a month now. In my experience, (sadly) if you finally leave a bad review on Google, suddenly somebody gives a damn about your struggle and your frustration. It shouldn't have to come to this. So if you go, hopefully you don't ever have an experience like this, I certainly didn't in 2024. But now I've made five attempts to get their error resolved without a single response so here it is. Personally, this makes me a net detractor instead of a net promoter and I will not be going back.

I have gone to this practice since my children were little. I work in Healthcare and I recommend this practice weekly. Our feet are so important and so often neglected. I go regularly for a medical pedicure. The technicians there are so good at their jobs. If you have any type of foot pain call Raleigh foot and ankle.
