  I have been going to them for a few years. In July I was fitted for new orthotics. Insurance paid their part, I paid mine. I waited and waited but was told over and over that they were not in yet. I finally find out they had a problem with their scanner that day. At my own inconvience I had to go back in to get re-scanned. I was told due to the inconvenience I would get them in 2-3 days. To this day, I have never received them. I gone into the office on several occasions, I've called and I cannot get anywhere with them. No one there has any authority to help me. I finally got a call back from the manager who was so very sorry this happened and told me she would make sure I got my orthotics as well as a refund. That was weeks ago and I have never heard back from her again. From the start, they should have immediately informed every patient that was scanned for orthotics that day there was an issue. Instead they let me spend my time and gas money going in there over and over because their call service never seems to give anyone messages. It is so incredibly corporate. They just pass it off from one person to the next until you give up. If you are looking for personal care and a doctor's office that is not so corporate, I recommend that you do not even bother going to see them. It is just not worth it.

  Excellent practice in Holly Springs. Front desk was great, check in was seamless all the way to the MA who was kind and professional to my children. Dr Grant was fantastic. He thoroughly explained everything to my teenager. Came up with a strategic plan for his treatment without my son having to give up what he loves! I would highly recommend this practice.

  First—my doctor was great and the procedure went fine. But the practice is run EXTREMELY poorly. After almost 3 weeks, I experienced spreading pain and redness—but it was over a weekend. I didn’t know what to do; it seemed perhaps unnecessary to go to urgent care or the ER, but I wanted advice. The on-call extension for the on-call doctor literally HANGS UP on you when you try to select it. Every time. So I called during business hours on a Monday. There is not a single menu option for people with medical questions. I tried the surgery coordinator. Voicemail. I tried the appointment desk. Answering service. And this follows them giving me the WRONG post-surgical kit and refusing to refund the money I paid for it. Unacceptable.

  I had an 8:15 am appointment. At 8:50 I got up to leave. No one appeared to care that I was walking out without seeing my provider, Dr. Boehm. This was my second appointment with him, and the same wait time happened the first time. It's like no one cares about your personal time. I would NOT recommend this practice.

  Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Was saw on time and Dr Kirk Woelffer was wonderful. After xrays taken, was fitted with a brace for my right foot, and it feels so much better. Follow up in 2 weeks. Could not have had a beautiful result and so happy that Kelly and Dr Woelffer were ther to help me.
