I had a 1:45 appointment I got there 5 minutes early checked in no one said a word to me after 25 minutes passed I went to find out what was going they came back 5 minutes later and told me they will get me as soon as they could. I left the communication was horrible they should let people know when you are running behind.

I have gone to this practice since my children were little. I work in Healthcare and I recommend this practice weekly. Our feet are so important and so often neglected. I go regularly for a medical pedicure. The technicians there are so good at their jobs. If you have any type of foot pain call Raleigh foot and ankle.

Great check in process and front desk experience. Intake and doc review for my nail and foot pain issue were addressed and given multiple clear options for treatment. Very straight forward and my questions were answered. Only thing was I waited prob 30 min past my appointment time but I also didn't show up 15 min before my said appointment as a first time patient so can't be mad about it. Love the efficiency and streamlined process and having spent a lot of time around private medical practices as a doctors kid they seem to know what they are doing.

TLDR: Dr. Kobra was great and everything healed well, but the rest of the experience was mediocre at best. I went in for a consult and same-day surgical removal of an ingrown toenail with a developed granuloma (growth). I got antibiotics and soaking instructions for aftercare. After ~2 months, the treatment has held up without any known issues. The Good: Setting up the appointment was easy and the pre-appointment paperwork was straightforward and thorough. There was also minimal wait for my appointment time. Dr. Kobra seemed very knowledge and personable. He confirmed the problem, any related concerns, gave costs for any care, answered all my questions, and talked through not only the immediate treatment, but also a few other things that could cause ingrown nails and other future problems. There was some pain with the immediate excision/avulsion; however, that was more pressure related than nerves. The local anesthetic protocol and treatment both went smoothly and quickly. The only medical 'concern' was that the bandage he placed slipped off fairly quickly. The Bad: The nurse/assistant 'working with me' was mentally and physically absent. It essentially seemed like he was just trying to get out of there. After Dr. Kobra finished with treatment, he said the nurse would be back in with discharge instructions and then I could check out. After 15-20 minutes, I walked out to the front desk and asked if they had any updates as the nurse never showed up. They were able to print the discharge paperwork, but I'm not sure if they were supposed to go over anything else (Between Dr. Kobra and previous experience though, it seemed pretty straightforward). With check-out, I was going to use Care Credit (Synchrony's specialized medical credit card); however, they either don't accept this as stated or the staff isn't trained to process it. I had initially found the office through Care Credit's partner list and confirmed that they accepted it with the agent on the phone during scheduling. The employee at the desk was dismissive of this as an issue. We tried to run it as a regular credit/debit card, but when that failed she said "I just don't think we take that". I called Synchrony to confirm if there was a problem, but their agent said that my account was fine and he sees the same partnership location, so it should work. I tried one more time at the desk to no avail and the employee said "well I don't know what to tell you". Ultimately I wound up calling a family member and used their regular credit card to pay over the phone.

I am a long-term professional in the insurance industry and have never encountered such a breakdown in data integrity. UnitedHealthcare (UHC) paid my claim in full according to the negotiated rate, yet this office’s billing department is attempting to 'balance bill' me for an additional $635—an amount UHC explicitly corrected to $36.38. Because their billing is outsourced to an offshore center, I have been repeatedly hung up on and ignored. They have now escalated this 'junk math' to a collection agency in Ohio despite being sent the official EOB via Certified Mail. Prospective patients: Be extremely careful. I am fortunate to have access to corporate legal counsel through my employer, but others may not be so lucky. If you value your credit score and your time, look elsewhere until this office fixes its internal billing logic. Update: Even after delivering the corrected UnitedHealthcare statement via Certified Mail on May 11th, this office has failed to correct their $635 'processing error.' Use caution.
