  My dad was visiting from out of town and one of his hearing aids wasn't working. Jordan quickly replaced a filter and we were good to go. It was a great experience and Jordan was a joy to work with.

  Jordan Kress at 3111 Leland Drive in Raleigh, NC provides a thorough and very professional service. She is the best hearing aid specialist we have ever had. Please look her up if you are in the area. Miracle Ear can do better by allowing customers to contact their local Miracle-Ear establishment directly by phone rather than routing the customer to some hub for interception.
