  Onsite technician and support -- 5 star Warranty and repair -- 0 stars Without full use of hearing aids for 4+ weeks and had to pay shipping and handling for such poor service. Disappointing and Unacceptable!

  I bring my mother over 2 hours from her home to receive services from this Miracle- Ear Center. The young lady, Jordan, is very kind, knowledgeable, and patient with my mother. After each visit, my mother's hearing devices perform, constantly giving her quality sound and hearing. She is very happy and pleased. Yes, the hearing aids can be costly, but my mother was able to find one that she could afford on a payment plan, and it is paid off.

  My Mima went to Miracle Ear and spent nearly $7000 on hearing aids. I've since discovered that we can get the exact same hearing aids for half the price from a local audiologist. It would be fine to pay 7k we had received superior care that has not been the case. To make matters worse, most of the staff at Miracle Ear aren't even licensed audiologists—they're just dealers pushing overpriced products. Their outrageously inflated prices are nothing short of a scam. It feels like they prey on people in vulnerable situations. Maybe you'll have a different experience, but I strongly recommend going to a licensed audiologist if you value your hearing health.
