LensCrafters’ in North Hills, NC is a go to store for all your Eye wear needs. The store has a large selections of frames and a very talented staff.
I had the pleasure to working with Hannah Natour. Hannah was extremely helpful in selecting my frame and explaining all the options I had for my lens. She is a very talented optician who cares about finding the best possible eye wear for her clients. Shout out to Hannah. Go look her up on your next trip to LensCrafters’ of North Hills!!’

Larry at Lenscrafters was more than helpful with my Oakley Sunglasses today. He popped the arms back in with no charge. And offered advice for me on a future prescription. I will gladly come back to the North Hills Store and ask for him. Bruce

The optometrist’s office was great! The staff were knowledgeable, respectful and had pricing ready for us before we could even ask. I loved Dr. Tam. I highly recommend the North Hills location and I will be back! Thank you to all the staff!

Very helpful staff! I went in for an eye exam with a fussy baby. Angel and Dr Paquin were kind and accommodating. Staff was understanding when I had to leave while in the middle of glasses shopping. Came back the next day after researching frames online and speaking with staff over the phone to make the process as quick as possible. Taz helped me both days and over the phone and made the entire experience very easy!

I recently visited LensCrafters at the North Hills location for my annual eye exam, and once again I had a great experience.
Maddie was incredibly patient and helpful throughout my visit. Even though the store was short-staffed because some team members were away on lunch, she did an excellent job assisting multiple customers while still making me feel valued and never rushed. She took the time to help me narrow down my options, and with her assistance I was able to find two pairs of glasses that I really love. She also answered my questions and helped me with the Meta glasses, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, Maddie made sure I was getting the best savings and available promotions, which made me feel confident that I was getting a great value.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I felt the frame selection wasn’t quite as good as it was during my visit last year. Even so, I still found two pairs I’m excited about and left happy with my purchase.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and Maddie’s patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service made the visit enjoyable.
The only thing left is my fitting and pickup appointment, and I’m hopeful the experience will be just as enjoyable and patient as this visit
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
