I arrived only a few minutes late (within the 15-minute grace period), but the delay was caused by misleading directions and the lack of clear signage indicating that the ophthalmologist’s office was next door. After checking in and being assisted by the eye care team, I was told the ophthalmologist had already left for the day. I asked if they could accommodate me since I was within the grace period, but they refused. If you’re planning to have your eye exam at LensCrafters, I recommend choosing a different location. The poor communication and lack of flexibility made this a very frustrating experience for me.
