  The staff here are great and a really good reason to use this pharmacy. However, the "new" automated system (both online and by phone) is somehow worse than the old, already terrible one. There are certain medications for which it is, quite literally, useless; you cannot refill them via the new system at all. All that said, some of the other reviews of the pharmacy that are complaining about the deli and the self-checkout are … amazing.

  Calling and speaking with someone who doesn’t have an attitude would be nice. Unfortunately Debbie who I spoke with two times had an attitude which was quite frustrating, especially when having to deal with something medically. She stated “ well we’re busy” multiple times which I couldn’t understand why it needed to be relayed in such manner. As, I was simply asking questions regarding a transfer progress which she blamed another pharmacy for. Not quite sure why the attitude was given but definitely not appreciated and beyond disappointing.

  I get the best pricing and customer service at Food Lion Pharmacy. The staff, without exception, has been helpful, kind, and trustworthy. The only downside is that they aren’t open Sundays- but that’s a small inconvenience considering how fantastic they are in every other area!

  They are the best! Stayed late to allow me to get a prescription! Such personal service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
