  They got me and my son in the same day for eye exams! I really loved the zoom concept - so fast and easy. They have a great selection of designer glasses and they take insurance!

  RUN don't walk if you need new glasses and go see PAT at Eyemart Express!! I had such a wonderful experience with Pat! After trying America’s Best, Costco, and even shopping online, I was completely frustrated and couldn’t decide on the right glasses. Pat was so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole process so much easier and actually made choosing my glasses fun! I’m so grateful for her kindness and help!! She's a gem! 🥰

  Was not notified of appointment after booking, when I called to let them know of me being possibly 10 mins late they said I’d have to reschedule which I didn’t want do. They went ahead and canceled before asking me and called me again about rescheduling and I said I didn’t want that then I called again and asked when exactly is the appt they informed me I confirm I could make it only for them to text me while I’m on the way they had given my appointment away. The employees I dealt with whom was responsible for this poor communication and scheduling is Vonje and Toya, they were not helpful and ultimately given my appointment away without proper notice or formally asking to cancel before my said appointment

  Had an unbelievable experience here, staff were extremely courteous, made the process easy, gave a good deal and I got my glasses in under 30 minutes! If I could give 6 stars I would! Nothing short of spectacular

  I have never had a "Virtual Eye Exam" before but didnt expect for the full exam to be done via zoom. There was a great lack of privacy in the rooms. I could hear the individual next to me as the provider read the wrong individuals chart and started the exam which led that gentleman beginning lto panic and state multiple times "Yall are making me nervous". I also after completing the eye photos continued to wait over an hour for someone to speak to me virtually my appointment was at 10:30 and is now past 12pm. I still have yet to be seen. I will never come here again. The actual individuals working patient intake were nice but the business practice and process itself is terrible.
