- AKAliyah KrehlikMay 23, 20265.0I want to start by saying I visited this Raleigh Eyemart Express location 1.5hrs before closing on a Friday. There was a line and it was packed. Angela, the associate working, greeted everyone although she was busy doing multiple things. She was kind and patient regardless of the chaos and some customers. It’s hard to come by customer service that she provided from the entirety of my visit to every single person. She is personable and enthusiastic . I hope she is rewarded for her patience and being the face to this company as that is hard to come by nowadays. Besides the great experience with her, I had 2 pairs of glasses with lenses in less than 20 min. I brought my prescription and they are able to make them right there on site. Very impressed with this business model and location despite the overall longer wait time at the end of the week and end of the day.

The ability to go and get your prescription glasses made within an hour complete with progressive bifocal lenses transition lenses and thinned out if needed all in that timeframe is incredible. The prices are phenomenal but most of all the customer service is superb. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer all questions with professionalism and patience. This is the gem not a lot of people know about. Go to eyemart express off of capital blvd. You will not be disappointed.
