  I needed to get another glasses because my other pair of glasses were being repaired at the Jacksonville store due to the coating coming off. I called this store and someone answered, I thought he said his name was Jamey, he told that they could help me. We got and Jamey The lady named Pat was really rude and acted she didn’t want to help us! she we don’t have a Jamey working here, she said I must called the wrong store, so I called the number and the phone was ringing! Then John said maybe it was Jimmy the manager. I asked her If she could look up my account and she said they are not connected to other stores only Jimmy could!!!! she seemed like she didn’t want to help us! It was important for me to get a pair of glasses ! we almost left to go another store! John said I will try to help you. he did a real good job! He helped me and I got a new pair of glasses. We have been a customer of Eyemart Express in Jacksonville Nc for along time and have never had an issue. So tired your store , We have never been talked to like Pat did! She needs to have a talking too! If it wasn’t for John we would have left and never come back and we would have not recommend your store to anyone!

  They were great. I had brought in a frame for lens replacement and when the frame returned from the lab there was a concern about it and they refunded me and were gracious in helping me out. Great staff and so kind

  I have been using Eyemart Express for over 5 years, and this Raleigh store is the ONLY location where I have ever had issues. I’ve been here twice now, and both experiences were completely negative due to staff refusing to honor the Express Care+ warranty without a fight.I rely on them for my work safety glasses, which get scratched up daily on the job. On my first visit, I had to argue with the employee just to get both the frames and lenses replaced as covered by the policy; they only wanted to switch out the lenses.Today was even worse. I live an hour away and had to leave work early to make the trip, only to be told they would only replace the lenses on one pair. For the second pair with damaged frames, they tried to tack on an extra $80 charge. The Express Care+ policy explicitly states "free replacement for damaged lenses and frames, no deductible, and no hidden costs."When I called them out on this, the employee's only response was to tell me to drive back on Saturday when a manager is there. Since I need these safety glasses to do my job, being told to make another two-hour round trip because their staff doesn't know their own corporate policies is completely unacceptable. Don't buy a warranty here if you actually expect them to honor it.
