- BGBailey Gilbert3 days ago4.0popped in while visiting a friend in town during the free week promotion. I have a local studio in tacoma that I practice with, but a friend recommended CorePower. The class itself was great, and I can see the appeal of a studio like Core Power where you will get a consistent class wherever you go. Felt a little impersonal and more "corporate" than I typically prefer for a yoga class, but that is just a preference. The teacher led a great flow, the studio was clean and nice to be in, and the facilities (shower, lockeroom, etc) were all excellent. glad to have given it a shot while I was in town!

Every conversation I have at the studio, I feel like this topic is brought up. The entire vibe of the studio has shifted and it doesn't seem as upbeat and homey as it used to be. It seems like the instructors are not being treated fairly and that concerns me. This is supposed to be a safe space and not somewhere you should be on edge. I know others have filed complaints but I hope something happens soon. Instructors, you are loved by your students and we appreciate you showing up and teaching amazing classes!
