As someone who is new to the practice, the consistency and repetition of the C1 classes have helped me build confidence and learn the poses and movements at a comfortable pace. The staff are always welcoming, kind, and helpful, creating an environment that feels supportive and encouraging. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the studio is, which makes each visit enjoyable. One of the biggest benefits for me is the wide variety of class times and offerings. With a busy schedule, having so many options makes it much easier to fit yoga into my routine and stay consistent with my practice. Overall, CorePower has made yoga accessible, approachable, and something I genuinely look forward to.
