- RRRiverSep 25, 20265.0This is my favorite studio to attend since I rotate through three trying to find times that work for me. Very disappointed there are no 3:30 classes for 1.5 anymore. This class was packed then slowed down and eliminated. It is true instructors draw attendees. I think the business model should pay instructors per class and not based on how many people attend. I really enjoy many of the instructors. I like when more difficult options are offered in a class. I love anything with the chair and balance work. Though I am not a fan of standing on top of the chair! Thx for all you do. I am so much more flexible and fit!

- BBBryce BrooksJul 3, 20265.0This is a fantastic studio, the classes are awesome and the instructors make every class challenging and enjoyable. I recommend any class but if you can get into a Catherine class take it you will learn about your form and new muscles you never knew existed.

I have never been into exercising but missing a class makes me feel like I need to make it up and get it in! The instructors are awesome, my favorites are Janet and Holly- and the management, thus far, have been absolutely great! Great workouts!!
