  I signed up for the required three month membership. The classes were constantly full and I asked if I could roll over my credit if I can’t get into a class and was told no. But they did say in the beginning they would extend another month so I could find classes. When you start, you’re only allowed to take a couple of types of classes and it’s a very limited schedule. I work full-time so I can only do night classes, which is extremely limited. I asked if I Could use my two credits the next month because of my schedule and because of the limited classes and they said no. I canceled my membership and I have two credits available which I cannot use now. I asked if there was anything that could be done because I did pay for four credits and then only used two and they said their system won’t let them. They very well could’ve put me in two classes in June. So I paid $109 for one of the months and only got to use two classes, which is not right. They need to be more accommodating and I will not recommend Club Pilates to anyone.

  I emailed them 3 months ago to cancel my membership and they haven’t! I had to block them from my card because they kept charging it and now they’re threatening me with collections!?!?! What type of BS is that!!
