- KEKatie EubanksApr 30, 20265.0My home BFT studio is in Texas, but Seaboard Station welcomed me today with open arms so I could get my workout in while out of town. Lori at the front desk and Sarah my trainer were both absolutely delightful to work with and made the whole process seamless. They even gave me fantastic tips of places to go while I’m in town. Sarah was fantastic at giving personalized recommendations and encouragement for each member, which is something I think BFTs excel at. That means they will meet you right where you’re at, regardless of if you’re a gym pro or entirely new to the scene. The BFT members were just as welcoming to me as the staff. Thank you Seaboard Station for giving me that same sense of “home” and “family” I’ve come to expect from BFT.

From the community to the workouts, I really feel welcomed and informed. The coaches are knowledgeable and actually assist with weights, correct form and pushing you to do more/better each workout! 5 stars!
