I asked her if it's required and she said "yes" so I said she can cancel all 3 appointments. She said "oh, nobody told you?" Ma'am, you're not stupid... y'all know damn well there's no mention of this "requirement" at all when booking online, nor is it in the confirmation emails you receive. I have an ophthalmologist who checks my eyes due to a previous injury and it's covered by my medical insurance, and I meet that out-of-pocket max every year. I've used Lenscrafters for all of my previous glasses prescriptions and decided to bring my children (7 and 10 years old) on their school break. I'm not dropping $120 out of my pocket today when I could've *planned* for this extra cost ahead of time or scheduled it when I'm not already dropping crazy money while they're out of school. Only my youngest child and I need glasses, but I get all of our eyes checked because you never know. But, I certainly won't be using this Lenscrafters again because I don't give my money to places that are intentionally deceptive.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming especially the manager and I was genuinely impressed by how much they cared about helping me. I enjoyed the experience so much that I came back a couple of weeks later and bought two pairs of glasses! I really appreciate how everyone went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. Wonderful customer service and truly kind people!
