  I called this location to see if there was an experienced Optician that was proficient in adjusting my new meta ai Ray-Bans I ordered online. I spoke with a very nice employee named Bai (spelling? Pronounced ‘Bye’”) and he told me yes there was one and to come by. I met with him about 15 mins later and he got me together with Kellie, their Optician for the day. She was incredibly knowledgeable and nice. She helped me adjust my nose pads back to the lower fit as she assessed my face within minutes. She also used the heating tool to adjust my adjustable temporal tips and it took a few tries but we got the fit to be perfect! My glasses don’t slip down my nose anymore and I had. A great experience! If you have purchased meta ai Ray-Bans online; I’d highly recommend you visit LensCrafters in Carolina Place mall and ask for Kellie. She will get you fitted just right and has an amazing disposition. Bai was also incredibly nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend coming here as Kellie is experienced and completely proficient in handling these specific types of glasses. I have the Gen 2 Scribers as reference; which they were specifically designed to be adjusted. The earlier versions of the meta ai Ray-Bans are more limited in terms of adjustment. Just do yourself a favor and come here. I had an AWFUL experience just on the phone with Piedmont Eye Associated who’s listed on the Ray-Ban site as authorized dealers and proficient in adjustments. The guy I spoke with on the phone literally stone walled me telling me there was nothing to be done as I described what was happening and then had the audacity to give me an unwanted lecture on how I should have came in PRIOR to purchasing to get fitted because now I essentially have to deal with the slipping down situation and that was on me. He was a JERK.

  I stopped in to see if I could use my prescription to order the Ray-Ban Meta 2 glasses for content creation and everyday use. Sadie greeted me with a warm smile and welcome. She inquired in what brought me in. She walked me directly to their great selection of smart frames. After she helped me pick what looked best on me we sat down to run insurance. She did a superior job at multi-tasking, holding great conversation, and what options that were available. I’m delighted she mentioned the additional warranty to protect my investment. In less than a week I received an automated text letting me know that my order was ready. My next visit Jerry welcomed me like a friend just walked in. He invited me to sit down while finding my new glasses, presented them allowing me to open them (exciting part) and provided how to set them up. Alicia was there and was also very kind. I was impressed with the level of service and must say the store was very clean and organized. Major kudos and I look forward to visiting again. PS I LOVE MY NEW AI GLASSES! Many thanks to the team.

  I went into this store not sure of what type of treatment i would receive. Sindhu was amazing, kind and helpful. I 100% recommend anyone to this store.
