- ATAnn Ta2 days ago3.0I’ve been here several times. My first visit was okay, but the staff member wasn’t very helpful. On my second visit, Kat was amazing—friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy. On my third visit, Mr. Jerry was also excellent. He answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and found me a great price. I had to return later to exchange my glasses, but Mr. Jerry had already left. Before driving 20 minutes to the store, I called to make sure someone else could help me, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, when Ms. Alicia assisted me, I felt rushed and unwelcome. She initially quoted me a much higher price because she selected the wrong glasses. After I questioned it, she corrected the mistake, but the overall experience still felt uncomfortable. My concern wasn’t the price—it was the customer service. I wish I could have waited for Mr. Jerry to finish my order, but I have an upcoming trip and need my glasses as soon as possible. I truly appreciate Kat and Mr. Jerry for providing such excellent service. I hope Ms. Alicia can improve her customer service so every customer feels welcomed and valued. I would gave 5⭐️Mr Jerry, but…I’m sorry
