I give one star for Ms. Barbara who was perfectly pleasant and competent at administering the hearing test and another because the man who reviewed the results did seem knowledgeable. However, he continuously said things like “oh I can tell your not ready to take your hearing seriously,” and “you just can’t understand the importance of this so I don’t see the point in talking about pricing.” Is gaslighting a sales tactic now? No thank you, will not be doing business with someone that chooses to speak down to and act demeaning towards their patients.
