  My husband and I think Dr.Klein is wonderful, his staff is welcoming and helpful. Dr.Klein always gives us the best care and explains every detail.

  Very nice and professional, I had a cyst taken off next to my eye and 2 skin tags, all on the first visit! I highly recommend this dermatologist!

  I dont know, it's not fare to give them 1 star because they wouldent do what was asked of them. No real service was provided.

  If I could give this 0 stars that would be more accurate. I called because I got a referral from my PCM. Because I was a new client they needed a copy of the referral which I offered to fax over. While on the phone with the rep I tried to fax, it only to find out, whoops, the fax machine on their end was busy? Really? So I finally get the fax through and the rep tells me that she needs the physicians version of this referral. Ok, a doctors office can get that from the system as I provided an authorization number. Nope. She wouldn't do it, said she couldn't do it. I guess they have so many patients one more was nothing to them. I've worked in the hospital and office setting. Pulling a authorization is simple. They've lost my business and I will let everyone know that this office doesn't need any more patients. Stone age.
