    My son is being trained as a boxer at this facility and I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to learn any of the combat sports or just simply getting in shape with the 4 Self Fitness trainer. Coach Ward and Coach Brown will get you right.

    As a Martial Arts Instructor having my own program here in New Bern I love this program , and the Instructor that heads it up!! As i screen Potential students for my program seeing what they are seeking in their Martial Arts Journey I will direct them to this program. Every Child should have the Best Martial Arts experience that will impact their lives in a positive way, and I feel strongly about that. New Bern Karate is doing a wonderful thing for the kids in the community, as well as Adults. I give this program a 5 star rating, because the core values are what I instill in my own students.
