  This was my first experience with a nutritionist, Lizzie has been wonderful! She took the time to really listen to my concerns and set up an easy to follow plan to help me reach my health goals. I definitely feel empowered after our visits and I am crushing my goals! I feel so much younger and comfortable in my own body!

  One of the most amazing experiences ever. Christiane is a wealth of truly incredible knowledge. If you want someone who knows how to combat mold, gut issues, brain fog…you name it she can help. She takes insurance too which is rare. She’s a hidden gem. She has taught me so much about the-big pharma alternatives to health, wellness and healing. She’s a blessing. Go see her. You will not regret it!

  Wow! This was my first visit and I did not know what to expect! Christiane had so much valuable information that went way beyond diet. When I left I felt so encouraged, like someone really cared and wanted to make things better for me...not just for the GI issues...but for all of me! Thank you, Christiane❤️
