- JWJill WhitleyDec 11, 20231.0My husband was treated deplorable TODAY at this Monroe office.Had appt for weeks and was told you can come back in February,he has been having issues w/hearing aid two years old.With holidays,they give five minutes to clean aids.He is too nice, does not question such appalling actions.This staff should be fired, treatment of seniors,you had no problem taking all his money.PLEASE do Not patronize such rude unethical office.I am disgusted,wish I had went with him. On January 4 th I brought in a hearing aid that needed repair. More than 3 1/2 weeks later nobody can tell me what is happening with it. Nothing but stonewalling, excuses about the weather and labor shortages. What terrible service!!
