  Absolutely unacceptable front desk experience. I was asked to arrive early to complete paperwork, yet still sat waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time while the waiting room continued filling up with people who all seemed to be scheduled at the same time. To make matters worse, the receptionist was too busy having a personal conversation on her phone to even acknowledge patients walking in. I genuinely felt like an inconvenience instead of a patient. The only reason this review is not lower is because the doctor and nurse were fast, professional, and handled my visit quickly once I was finally taken back.

  Dr Ward is absolutely amazing! Genuine Personable & great bed side manners, The entire staff has been great!
